We have a great mix of seasoned seniors, with a confident junior base coming through, and a huge base of university students that come back to help during the holidays.

We have a very strong local support base, allowing us to be one of the few non bar restaurants that can trade year round. This gives us excellent staff retention. We have a massive membership system, with loyalty systems that our locals love. Most nights we have two delivery cars running, and during summer a third.
