Smokeland BBQs - We have opened four so far (CBD, Henderson, Waiheke and Catalina Bay). A fifth is underway in St Lukes and a sixth in Panmure and 1 of our early operators already expanded his dining room and 2 early operators are already looking for their second site.

The investment will vary with the size and scope of your operation/location - BUT - because of our system and experience - your start-up costs are about 1/2 what most people spend to set-up comparable operations.

Smokeland BBQs are popular and soon when we add our own craft beer and margaritas etc - we expect that popularity to increase even more.

All our locations do excellent delivery trade (Uber, Door Dash etc.) and we will keep them far enough apart that they don't hurt each other.

Our unique system really cuts your labour cost and food waste while insuring SUPERB consistent quality with ease of preparation. We do the 2 to 3 day smoking work - you heat n serve our smoked/BBQed meats and make the sides.

We do not work with absentee owners - please do not call unless you (or a business partner) are planning on being a full time hands on operator without other work interests. Food service (preferably chef) is a BIG plus - or you should have a partner who is/was a chef.
