Our product is smoked meats - made at our main smokehouse and distributed to other operations. The sub operations just heat n serve. Our method creates a SUPERB product - see the reviews. You would be selling ribs, brisket, lamb shanks, chicken 1/4s and much more. They are in vacuum packs - fully smoked and cooked - just heat n eat. You would make the sides at your location. our products can be presented in a wide variety of ways.
