7 hours Sat, 7 Hours Sun, 2 hours ?

FARMERS MARKET "permanent" indoor booth - NOT a Gazebo. Complete set- up stays in place and you just replenish the stock. I work about 16 hours a week (7 sat, 7 Sun and 2 flexible). I make $2,200 to $5,000 gross ($3400 avg) and average about $800 profit per weekend. That is $50 pr hour. Our product is smoked meats - made here at our smokehouse. You would be selling ribs, brisket, lamb shanks, chicken 1/4s etc. They are in vacuum packs - fully smoked and cooked - just heat n eat. It is not sweat work - it is mostly talk n think work, run the till, light cleaning, stock the shelves etc.. We also heat n serve a very limited hot food menu (I have a helper do that while I talk to customers). You cannot hire a low wage person and pocket the difference. You have to enjoy talking to people. You cannot be shy. If you are not shy, if you are friendly and outgoing, if you enjoy talking, if you like to joke with people, if you like it when people come back for more of your superb product every week (and recommend it to friends) then ......
