Small Wellington CBD Food Kiosk with potential!

We are looking to offer up - to a motivated "Owner Operator" - the opportunity to take over our "CBD Food Kiosk" that currently exists to primarily support our (adjacent) Bar ... with food/catering that extend beyond our in-house capabilities.

Menu/deliverables ... extensive to continue or re-establsh?

The kiosk is well appointed with fryers, salamander, gas hob/electric oven, fridges and freezers, preparation benches, sanitiser/dish washer...and a chilled salad bar - with Kiosk Style Digital Customer interface for ordering.

Reason for sale... simply we are keen to "re-focus" on our core business/passion ... which is our bar.

Operational hours are currently 11am - 2.30pm .... then 4.30pm until 7.30pm/late (supporting our Bar's evening service).
We are enjoying a growth in Uber/Door Dash orders... and with our extensive "Corporate" client base... catering? Potential exists too of course to operate as a "Ghost" Kitchen for other markets?
