Also included is our office, boat ramp, jetty, fenced section, toilet block and change rooms, car and coach parking with views over the river, This location has to be one of the best in NZ on the busiest tourist highways SH5 and right next to the main road, we were going to include retail and river café prior to covid, We have decide to not open again as change of direction, but a great opportunity to purchase this permit and also more if required, we still have 2 boats and freehold workshop (not included in this sale price)
