Instagram User Generated Content terms

1. If you use #trademefinds then you accept the terms and conditions
The #trademefinds giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by Trade Me Limited (“Trade Me”). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not enter and you are not eligible to redeem the Prize. Trade Me reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without notice to you.
2. How to enter: To enter to win, you must post on Instagram, on a public account using the hashtag #trademefinds before 11.59pm 30 September 2018
3. Prizes: The Prize is $100 Ping credit. The Prize will be credited to the user’s Trade Me account.
4. Winner notification and announcement: Trade Me will select a winner and notify them by sending a direct message on Trade Me’s Instagram. Trade Me reserves the right to select another winner if the initial winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification. Trade Me’s decision regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners agree that their name, image and comment may be published on Trade Me’s social media, within email marketing or on Trade Me’s websites.
5. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Me shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by any Prize winner resulting from their use of the Prize (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages). Trade Me’s liability to any entrant or Prize winner will be limited in any circumstances to a maximum for all claims up to the value of the Prize.
6. Privacy: Trade Me may collect and hold your personal information (including any information you provide to Trade Me if you are a Winner) in accordance with Trade Me’s privacy policy.
7. Instagram: The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any liability associated with the Giveaway or the Prize.
8. Intellectual property: You warrant that any material used in the creation of your image is original or in the public domain. Photos created using others’ intellectual property will be excluded from the Competition and are not eligible to win a Prize unless given permission by the creator.
9. Indemnity:In the event a third party brings a claim against Trade Me alleging infringement on their intellectual property, you agree to indemnify Trade Me against all loss, liability or expense associated with such a claim.
