Newsletter Donut Giveaway terms

  1. Acceptance of terms and conditions: The Newsletter Donut Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by Trade Me Limited (“Trade Me”). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not enter and you are not eligible to redeem the Prize. Trade Me reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without notice to you.
  2. How to enter: To enter to win, you must email ‘’ with your Trade Me ‘success’ story by 30 November 2017.
  3. Prizes: The winner will receive a ‘bouquet’ of donuts from a bakery chosen by Trade Me, up to the value of $100, and 2 blow up donut pool rings (the “Prize”). Trade Me will courier the Prize to the winner’s nominated address.
  4. Winner notification and announcement: Trade Me will select a winner on 1 December 2017, and will notify the winner via the email address associated with their Trade Me account. Trade Me reserves the right to select another winner if the initial winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification. Trade Me’s decision regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner agrees that their ‘success’ story and name may be published on Trade Me’s social media, within email marketing or on Trade Me’s website.
  5. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Me shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by any Prize winner or entrant in connection with the Giveaway (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages). Trade Me’s liability to any entrant or Prize winner will be limited in any circumstances to a maximum for all claims up to the value of the Prize.
  6. Other terms: The Trade Me terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) apply with all necessary modification to this Agreement.
  7. Privacy: Trade Me may collect and hold your personal information (including any information you provide to Trade Me if you are a Winner) in accordance with Trade Me’s privacy policy.
