Due to the large volume of emails we receive, email responses can take up to 48 hours with in normal working hours. It is Company Policy to reply to ALL emails, thus if you have not received a response within 72hrs, please check you junk box, spam & pop-up filters. We have listed on Trade Me Q&A's as well as automated emails our alternative email addresses. However, often picking up the phone is much simpler, especially if this is an urgent matter.
