i-tools is an internet based direct import company that imports quality tools and accessories into New Zealand to sell directly to the public, without agents and middle men taking large profit margins. Our aim is to provide the New Zealand public and trades people a wide choice of products at significantly lower prices.
We realised like most things in New Zealand, quality tools are heavily overpriced compared to other parts of the world. But now you have a choice, and you can buy online and SAVE $$$$! Our products are legitimate branded tools, not copies and come from approved agents overseas. We are a registered New Zealand company that has been trading since 2003 who will provide you with a legitimate warranty on your goods. About our Factory Reconditioned Tools Reconditioned tools are those that have been returned to the manufacturer for a number of reasons. At best it could be part of a kit that was returned by a customer because of an issue with another product (and therefore be brand new) or at worst it was returned due to a fault and has been factory reconditioned by the manufacturer. These tools cannot be sold as new but usually look like new and are as good as new.
