The items I list here on Trade Me are almost always brand new and I fully support all my customers with after sales service and support. If there is ever size/fitting concerns, if I supply you something that didn't end up fitting, I'm happy to refund you your purchase price, less my shipping costs.
I do free shipping on almost all my products, I post with NZ Post, economy shipping.
