About the store
Springbox is a 100% NZ owned and operated on-line store specialising in kitchen and furniture handles that are both aesthetically pleasing and affordable. We were born several years ago from a background in hardware and logistics, and in 2017 our Trademe site was created which has resulted in fantastic growth ever since. We are based in a small rural community near Wanaka which means that with technology and can-do locals, it proves that you can do business anywhere in NZ. We are lucky to live and work in this part of the country and our relative small size means we can keep prices down while continuing to supply the NZ market
Why Springbox?
Being NZ based means you are working with locals who know the local market and pride ourselves on giving good old Kiwi customer service from order, freighting, and after-sales. All queries are treated with professionalism and there’s no such thing as a silly question!!. We understand that sometimes things don’t always go perfectly, so we will always aim to make things right
Our regular customers include the general public, builders, suppliers and manufacturers. Many of these have been repeat customers
Are you a NZ handle manufacturer? We are always interested in supporting local manufacturers to sell their handles. We would love to hear from you
Sustainability
At Springbox we are always looking at ways to reduce waste, especially to the landfill. Our packaging products have been obtained from local businesses who would have ordinarily thrown it out. While it is second hand, we always make sure its in good condition before reusing it
