If for some reason your goods arrive damaged or inoperable, we will do everything we can to fix the issue. In this circumstance, please call us on (02) 9662 1099 (or if outside Australia +61 2 9662 1099) to arrange a replacement or alternatively a credit for redemption both online or in-store.

If you have simply changed your mind we will gladly exchange it, pursuant to our 30 day change of mind policy (online only). Notwithstanding this, the customer is responsible for return postage to our warehouse. Returns that are damaged or soiled (including packaging) may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or exchange refused.
