Our Trade Me page is managed, and we answer via Q&A or you can text us on the mobile number below. We will endeavour to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within the same working day. If an auction is won after 4.30pm contact will be made the following working day. Our customer service number is 021 08363650. GST TAX INVOICES: We are a GST Registered Company and a GST Invoice is available with every sale.
Please be advised these second hand bikes may have minor cosmetic defects. If the bike is shipped or transported after pick up we recommended that the bike be reassembled by a skilled bike mechanic, however if you do choose to assemble it yourself don't hesitate to ask if you need any assistance. Please ensure the bike is fully assembled and accessories are in hand before recycling the box and disposing of recycled packing materials. And lube the chain before riding.
