Q. Can I come view the item before bidding?

A. Absolutely, we love it when people come in to check out our stuff before bidding! We definitely encourage you guys to come and check the item is what you want before bidding.

Q. Can I pay for my Trade Me purchase with EFTPOS?

A. We prefer payment by Ping but you can also pay by EFTPOS on pick up.

Q. Do you ship?

A. At the moment we offer local delivery in South Auckland only for furniture and Nationwide shipping for Tech equipment (computers, monitors etc).

Q. Can you hold items for me?

A. I’m sorry but we can’t. We have an enormous amount of stock coming and going from our warehouse on a daily basis and if you have purchased from us you need to pick up within 5 days or the item will be relisted.
