Please refer to the description for measurements and sizes. Photos taken on display mannequins are to give an indication of how the item sits e.g on a finger or neck and may look different on individuals depending on size, shape etc and are provided as a guide only.
Used & antique items
Due to the nature of what we sell all items are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. There may be wear, surface marks and blemishes in places as there is in all pre-loved jewellery and other items. Any damage will be pointed out in the detailed description of the item.
Our Jewellery
Unlike many sellers we only sell what we have in stock. All items that are in our store are available for immediate despatch. We only ever have one of each antique item in stock as each piece is sourced individually and checked for quality and beauty. We would never sell anything we have not personally inspected and have in our stock.
Ring Sizing
All ring sizes are in British sizes. For international ring size conversions please go to ringsizes.co.
Local jewellers within New Zealand or Australia can normally resize rings easily and listings will state whether a ring can be resized or not.
Valuations
Some of our antique and precious items come with registered jewellers valuations and these are normally UK insurance valuations. We do not have all items valued to keep the cost down to our buyers.
Boxes/displays
Boxes and displays used for our listings and are for display only. All items are sent very well protected to ensure no damage in transit.

Gemstones/carat weight
Most gemstone set jewellery prohibit comprehensive determination of exact gemstone carat weight due to the restrictions when in a setting. We do not remove already set gemstones to give an exact carat weight. All carat weights given are approximate in already set jewellery and are intended as a guide only.

All prices and shipping shown on our listings are inclusive of GST which is charged by trademe for NZ customs on imported goods. All packages sent state that GST has been paid and this is noted on the customs documentation.

Communication and Service
We are a family business and we have many repeat customers, we pride ourselves on our service to our customers. All orders are dispatched with clear tracking information sent via email. We have many years’ experience of shipping to New Zealand/Australia and send all our parcels with clear and correct labelling to streamline the delivery process.
Our descriptions are honest and factual, we do not over sell anything with artificial lighting and enhancement on pictures and over exaggerated descriptions. We pride ourselves on making sure the buyer is confident that what they purchase is what they will receive with no exceptions.
