Can items be combined?
 
Yes, most small items have a combined postage option enabled. Postage must be paid on the highest postage amount and subsequent items can be combined for free.
 
Larger items will be combined after purchase and payment has been made. Postage may need to be paid on all items, after which we will pack your order and refund any difference in actual cost.
 
Due the varying postage costs in sending items across New Zealand and rural locations, we may overestimate postage costs for larger items. For each parcel we send, we compare quotes from a number of courier companies to find the most cost effective and efficient service. If postage is cheaper than expected, we will refund the difference.
