Need assistance with our products or your order?
We are available 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
How long do orders take to be delivered?
We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your requested products to the shipping address specified in your order within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Rural delivery can attract a longer delivery time.
What do I do if a faulty item is received?
We will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced.
