Can I pick up?
We are predominantly an internet-based business; however, we allow pick-ups for local customers by arrangement.

Do you have a phone number I can contact you on?
Goodthings aim to operate fully online basis, however if you have questions regarding payment or need to clarify something you do not understand, we can be contacted by email.

Will I receive a Tax Invoice with my purchase?
Yes! You could request that from our Customer Service team or you will find this invoice enclosed in an envelope on your parcel upon arrival.

Can I combine shipping?
You sure can for small items, our general rule of thumb for combined shipping is you will pay full postage for the item with the highest freight PLUS $1 shipping for additional item you wish to add to your order. Please note, larger items will have different combined shipping rates or cannot be combined at all.

Do you offer layby?
Unfortunately, we do not offer layby however we do offer AfterPay for most of our listings.
