Are you New Zealand Based?
YES! We are a 100% local kiwi business; all our products are stocked here in New Zealand.
Do you have a Retail Store?
Our showroom is located in Silverdale & is open Monday to Thursday between 10-3 (excluding public holidays). You are welcome to come and view products prior to purchasing or to pickup your order.
How much is Shipping?
The shipping price varies between order sizes and location. Typically you will pay not more than $20 for shipping within New Zealand but this may be less for local or smaller orders – PLUS if you spend over $200 shipping is FREE
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We will email you an order confirmation once we have your order packed and ready for the courier to pickup. You will also get another email with a tracking link once the parcel has been picked up and is on its way!
Are you able to change my shipping address?
We process orders quickly, so if you notice you have sent us an incorrect delivery address please contact us immediately and we will try our best to re-address your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee we will be able to do this so please make sure you have the correct delivery addresses saved in your Trade Me account.
Do you offer Laybuy?
If you want to pay your purchase off as a Laybuy then please use Afterpay at checkout, with Afterpay you will be able to pay your purchase off in 4 fortnightly payments & the order is shipped straight away. No waiting to pay it off in full!
I own a salon, do you do trade prices?
Unfortunately we don’t offer trade prices through Trade Me, but please contact us directly as we can offer trade prices for bulk and professional businesses.
I have a problem with an item I have bought!
Please contact us directly and let us know the problem, sometimes we can sort problems out over email but if not we will let you know the procedure for warranty.
Do you offer advice and instructions on your products?
We do offer some product advice but as some of the produces we sell are professional use, this means if you don’t know how to use them you probably shouldn’t be buying them. If you have a question about a product please ask a question or contact us directly.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship some of our products internationally, but please contact us first to enquire.
