Pricing
 
Can you honour a cheaper price that I previously saw and/or purchased? As we offer sales, promotions, and clearance events for different seasons and product variety changes on a regular basis, pricing can and will fluctuate. While we may not be able to honour previous specials, we constantly have various promotions to ensure that our customers get the best deal available. 
 
Payment
 
We only accept payments through Ping and Afterpay.
 
Shipping
 
How much does delivery cost?
 
For orders under $200, nationwide delivery is only $9.00. For order above this value, delivery and postage is FREE.
 
This applies to any deliveries made to your home, business, or post office box anywhere in New Zealand.
 
Do you offer overnight or expedited deliveries?
 
We currently only offer standard shipping available at this time.
 
What deliver methods will be used for my order?
 
International Australia Post or New Zealand Post will deliver your order to your door. A residential, business, or PO BOX address can be used as the delivery address.
 
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
 
Please allow 8–15 business days for your order to be processed and delivered if you live in a residential area. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for remote areas, peak sale periods, and during holidays periods.
 
Do you offer international shipping?
 
International shipping is presently unavailable through Janome Sewing Centre's Trade Me store. We only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
 
What should I do if my item arrives damaged? If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at +61 7 3355 5522 so we can discuss the situation and come up with a solution.
 
What should I do if I received the wrong product? Please phone +61 7 3355 5522 and let them know you received the wrong item. Our staff will collaborate with you to discuss the problem and find a suitable solution.
