How do I know if an item of joinery is double-glazed or single-glazed?
All listed items are single-glazed unless "Double-Glazed" is stated in the headline.
How are your items of wooden joinery measured?
Wooden joinery is measured across the outer edges of the item. Width x height in mm.
How are your items of aluminium joinery measured?
With aluminium joinery, we measure the box size. That is the outer edges of the wooden jamb liners which is essentially the size of the hole in your wall. Usually, the aluminium joinery item will have a weather fin around the edge of the frame to cover the building cladding. The weather fin is generally 10-20mm bigger than the box size on all four sides.
What are your opening hours?
We are an online shop and operate from a yard. We do not have a shop open to the general public. Pick up or viewing at the yard is by appointment only.

Do you have eftpos?
We do not have an eftpos facility. Payment can be made by bank transfer before pick up, bank transfer via mobile phone at the time of pick up or by cash.
Where are you located?
Our yard is in Mt Albert, Auckland. Viewing is by appointment only.
I don't live in Auckland can you arrange delivery?
Yes, we are happy to arrange delivery at your cost. Delivery is available within Auckland and anywhere in the North Island or South Island. For the Pacific Islands and Chatam Island we are happy to work in with your shipping arrangements.
What does it cost to have an item of joinery delivered?
North and South Island - Small Window. Around $75 +gst.
North Island - Medium and Big Windows. Around $150+gst.
North Island - French Door or Ranch Slider. Around $180+gst
North Island - Ranch Slider, French Doors, Bifold Doors over 2metres wide. Around $250+gst
South Island - We will get a quote for you.
These prices are a good guide but the final price may vary depending on which freight carrier covers your area, nature and size of the item, number of items, urban or rural location. We do our best to find the lowest price for you.

Do you supply new joinery?
Yes, we can supply Quality New Zealand Made Green Sourced NEW Double Glazed Aluminium Joinery to your specifications. There is a minimum four-week turnaround for manufacture. Please email your specs or house plan.
