SHIPPING
We use CourierPost to deliver to you (except very large orders which may be sent by Tracked Parcel Post). CourierPost service is normally next day to urban addresses, 2 days to rural addresses. We send out each business day, usually within 24 to 48 hours after purchase. We will send you the tracking number when your parcel is on its way to you.
SHIPPING COST
Pay just one courier fee no matter how many items you are purchasing (select free post on all items after the first one).
GST
We are GST registered - a GST invoice for your purchase is available on request.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (excluding postage). If the product is faulty or damaged, we will send a replacement free of any charge.
