  • Please conclude any clarification prior purchasing or bidding as all sales are final and non-refundable
  • We will not refund if:
    • You simply 'change your mind'
    • Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be
  • Items are sold as is Sale/Clearance Items
  • If there's any dispute, we will handle the situation fairly into a win-win situation
  • Customers are entitled to a full refund if product received is not as described on auction page
  • We will post a positive feedback for every successful transaction
  • Please email us to resolve any dispute prior posting a negative or neutral feedback, we consider the transaction finalized once a negative feedback is posted. Further assistance or facility will automatically be withdrawn
  • Customers are required to report to us any defective product between 7 days from date of received
  • We will replace a brand new unit with shipping at our cost for DOA product (Dead on Arrival)
  • All our product comes with 1 year manufacturer/distributor warranty (Otherwise stated no warranty)
  • Customers are required to ship the product back to us for any claims of warranty (at customer's cost)
  • We will inspect all returned products. If product found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will be decline automatically
