Is Motozone a New Zealand Company?
Yes we are, Motozone launched in 2012 as New Zealand First Online Motorcycle Superstore. Our Warehouse and Showroom is located in the Mighty Waikato.

Can I return an item?
If you receive your order and its not what you were after, simply give us an email contact@motozone.co.nz we will email you the returns form. Full it out and send the item back to us within 30 days in the condition that you received it, and we will happily process refund. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in the return of any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item?
The best way to secure an exchange item is to simply reorder what you need and we can ship it to you ASAP. Then you can simply return the first item back for a refund. Another option, simply give us an email contact@motozone.co.nz and we will email you the exchange form. Send the item back to us and we can process the exchange once we receive it back. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in the return of any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long will my order take to arrive?
In most cases shipping is overnight however can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If you are rural please allow a couple days extra. We can ship to your place of work.

What couriers do you use?
Most of our orders are shipped with Courier Post and Aramex, however your order can be shipped with Post Haste, New Zealand Couriers, PBT, Castle Parcels, Toll or Main Freight.

Are all the products on Trade Me in the showroom?
Not all the products listed on Trade Me are in our showroom, however we can get them in for you to try on or to have a look at. Please contact us and we can get it underway. If you wish to collect please contact us first to ensure we have the item instore, if we don’t we are able to get it underway for you.

Are all the items shipped from your warehouse?
Not all the items are shipped from our warehouse, We have third-party warehouses that we can ship items from they are located in Auckland, Hamilton, New Plymouth and Christchurch.

Can you order products that are not on Trade Me?
Yes, we have the largest range of Motocross Gear, Protective Gear, Bike Parts and Accessories in the country. However, if you have a specific product that you're looking for which we do not have listed then let us know and we'll do our best to find it for you.

What size am I?
We often get asked by our customers how to choose the right size, which is a really tricky question to answer! We are all different shapes and sizes and brands won't fit the same for everyone. The only way to guarantee the correct fitment is to try it on! For peace of mind, we do offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. Most of our products have size guides, however if there is not one listed, please get in touch and we will hunt it down for you.
