Are your gemstones real?
Yes! I make sure to test all of my stones before listing them. I use the Presidium 2 Gem Tester and Presidium Diamond tester for all my gemstones, and for un-hallmarked items I test using the XRF Gold Tester which tells me the composition of the metal. Unfortunately, while I can test for the type of stone, I cannot test to see whether the stone is natural or lab-created although most of the gemstones I get (particularly the Sapphires & Diamonds) will tend to be natural.
How often do you get new items?
I tend to get new items in shipments of 15-30 at a time roughly every 5-6 weeks, so keep an eye out each month!
Are your prices negotiable?
I apologise but I cannot lower the prices of my items. I already operate on a thin margin and it is unfair to other buyers or watchers to discount an item for one individual. Occasionally I will offer sales or fixed price offers.
Do you offer ring resizing?
Unfortunately, I am unable to resize rings myself, but if you like a particular ring that isn’t your size you can always ask your local jeweller if they think they could resize it for you.
What happens if I am unhappy with my purchase?
Whilst my money-back guarantee only applies if an item is broken or misdescribed, I will still always do my best to ensure a happy trade so if you aren’t pleased with your purchase please email me and I will do my best to refund you or sort out an alternative.
