Why did I receive two order confirmations?
We process our Plumbing World Trade Me Store orders through our Online System, there is no concern for receiving communication from Trade Me and Plumbing World's email regarding your order.
How much are delivery fees?
For items purchased on the Plumbing World Trade Me Store, North Island items range between $10 - $50 and South Island range from $10 to $80 per item (unless specified). Subject to change.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
Delivery times are expected to be between 3 - 5 working days. If you have made a recent online purchase with us, you can view the status of your order by following the link on your order confirmation email or by signing into your Plumbing World account. We will liaise with you should any unexpected delays arise.

Changing delivery address
It is possible to change your delivery address after submitting your order. However, there is a small window to do so. You need to contact us promptly via email stating the new address.
Do we deliver to PO Boxes?
Delivery addresses must be physical addresses, we are unable to delivery to Private Bags or PO Boxes.
How can I check the status of my order/delivery?
If you have made a recent online purchase with us, you can view the status of your order by following the link on your order confirmation email or by signing into your Plumbing World account.

Can I return a product I've bought online?
Yes, Plumbing World will accept returns within 30 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. Refunds will be for product only, no refund of delivery fees is payable.
How do I return a product? Can I return products bought online in-store?
Good/s can be returned to your nearest Plumbing World branch. It is your responsibility to return the goods and along with proof of purchase either via tracked courier to our warehouse at your expense or to your nearest Plumbing World branch.
All returns require:
-Copy of Packing Slip and/or Invoice
-Completed 'Online Returns Form'
-Returned Item/s.
I have received the wrong product/items - what should I do?
If we have sent you an incorrect product, we will endeavour to correct this error. Contact within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complimentary pickup of incorrect goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of supply/dispatch error, pickup address and available times. Requests for complimentary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis. Alternatively, return incorrect goods to your nearest Plumbing World store. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the correct goods.
My product is broken or faulty - what should I do?
If the product(s) have arrived damaged or is faulty, we will ensure your receive a replacement. Contact us within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complimentary pickup of faulty/damage goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of damage, pickup address and available times. Requests for complimentary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis. Alternatively, return faulty/damage goods to your nearest Plumbing World store. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the replacement goods.
