Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
Delivery is free within NZ (including rural delivery).
Do you send slat or fabric samples of your Ready Made Blinds and is there a cost?
Yes, we provide slat and fabric samples and these are provided free of charge. Please give us a call on 0800 77 00 44 Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:00pm, Sat-Sun 9:00am – 3:00pm
Can you guarantee an exact colour match of blinds to the samples sent?
No, the colour of samples provided are a guide only, exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed due to variations between batches.
For Polymer, Basswood and Aluminium Venetians, are the tilter wands all the same length and can I choose the side it is on?
We import our Ready Made Blinds at standard sizes. Each standard size has its own packaging with the brackets, screws and wand included. This means the length of the wand is determined by the width of the blind as they need to fit within the packaging. You can easily cut them down using a hack saw, wood saw or a sharp knife depending on the type of blind you've ordered.
The controls are fixed on all Venetian Blinds with Wands on the Left side and Tilt control on the right side, so we're unable to change the side the controls are on.
For Roller Blinds and Vertical Blinds can I choose which side I’d like the controls on? Yes, for Rollers you choose the control side during installation
For Vertical Blinds you can choose the control side but you can also choose which side you would like the blind stacking to. We will contact you prior to making the blinds which side you prefer.
For Honeycomb Pleated Blinds and Single Pleated Blinds, can I choose which side I’d like the controls on? Yes, and you can also choose either a cord lock (located within the headrail) or a cleat that can be screwed to the window frame. We will contact you prior to making the blinds to confirm if you prefer a cleat or cord lock, and on which side of the blind.

How long does it take to receive an order?
From confirmation and payment, we'll dispatch your order within 8 working days.
How do you send the blinds?
We send our products through reputable courier companies (free delivery nationwide including rural).
Are the blinds insured while they are in transit to my property?
Yes, as damage can sometimes occur during transit, please take time to read the instructions that we email upon dispatch of your order.
Is there any warranty with Ready Made Blinds?
Yes, there is a 12-month warranty on all products.
Is there a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes, this applies to standard size blinds only providing they're returned in original condition within 7 working days from receipt.
How do I purchase your Ready Made Blinds?
Measure your windows by following our Measuring Guide Instructions.
If your measurements are not a match to our standard size please call us prior to ordering, 0800 77 00 44.
We only accept payments through Ping. Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card or bank deposit on Trade Me.
How do I know that I have got it right when ordering blinds?
All orders are confirmed by our staff before proceeding to the factory, however if you're unsure please contact us before placing your order so we can assist you.
