Q: CUSTOMER SERVICE
A: All emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday – Friday, 11AM – 5PM NZST. We try and respond to emails as soon as possible however due to the huge volume of emails our reply may take up to 3 working days. Q: PRICING ERRORS?
A: Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on our store are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.

Q: Is the price in NZ Dollars does it include GST?
A: Yes prices are in NZ Dollars. If total order including shipping is $399 NZD or under you will not be required to pay any import taxes or duty. $400 NZD and over you will be required to pay the GST. More information on NZ Duty charges can be found here:

A: This is difficult on the Trade Me website as the site has no ability to combine shipments. You will need to contact us prior to purchasing to discuss combining orders.

Q: I missed an item can you relist it?
A: Most items will automatically relist within 24hrs of selling or ending, unless it is out of stock, in this case please contact our support team, and we will let you know when the item will be re-stocked.
