How would I know if you have received my order and payment?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification from us (TreasureBox), same goes for when your payment has been processed. You will receive an email confirmation as well upon the products' shipping for your own reference.
What if I did not get an order confirmation email? A confirmation email is sent right away after you place your order. If you are not able to see it in your mail, we suggest you to check your junk/spam folder as the email may be blocked occasionally. If you are still not able to see the mail, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?
At the moment, we accept Ping, Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay, and bank transfer payments.
Do you ship overseas?
No sorry, we ONLY ship within NZ at the moment. All currency indicated is in NZD.
How long will it take to get my product?

Can I view all the product ranges at Showroom?
As we expand our product ranges, so we simply can't showcase all the products in our showroom, you are more than welcome to contact us regarding the viewing ability before coming to our showroom.
What if I change my mind and would like to return a product?
If you've changed your mind or the item ordered is no longer needed, you can return it if:
·The item is unopened and unused
·In original packaging
·In resalable condition
·With all manuals with no missing accessories
·Within 30 days of delivery
·With proof of purchase
·Return at your own cost and risk
Once we received the returned item, our team will check and test to ensure it is as above conditions. when our team confirms everything is ok, you will receive an account credit which can be used to purchase a replacement item. Please note, shipping charge is non-refundable.
To arrange a return, please email our aftersale team with your Trademe order reference and a photo of the current condition of the product, please note unauthorized return will be rejected.
What if the product is damaged or faulty?
If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please notify us by emailing aftersales team as soon as possible. One of our customer service representatives will work with you to go through an investigation process to access the damage/fault. Once the damage/fault been confirmed, we will either repair, replace or refund in partially/full depending on cases.
If you've had the item for a while but it is no longer working as described, please read through our Warranty Claim Procedure.
Most of our items carries a standard 12 months warranty unless states otherwise.
If your item becomes faulty after a period of time, we will assist wherever is possible as we are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act.
