How fast will my order ship?
Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment clearing. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the courier.
How do I know I'm ordering the right part?
Measure twice, order once — and if you're not sure, ask. Send us your measurements, a photo, or the make and model of your trailer or vehicle and we'll confirm fitment before you buy.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes. If you're buying regularly for a workshop, fleet or business, get in touch and we'll set you up.
Can you source parts you don't have listed?
Often, yes. We run a Special Order service for hard-to-find parts — send us the details and we'll chase it down.
What if the part doesn't fit?
Our Right Part Promise covers you: 30 days to return unused items in original packaging for a refund or exchange. You cover the return freight.
Are your products genuine branded gear?
Yes — we supply genuine product from brands like Trojan, Hayman Reese, Narva and Rola. Every product we list has to meet our own standard from real-world use.
Do you ship to the islands?
Waiheke, Great Barrier and other Hauraki Gulf islands may attract extra freight or longer timeframes — message us before buying and we'll quote it properly.
