Got a question? Here are some of the most frequently asked queries from our customers.
Will you include an invoice or receipt in my package? This is intended as a gift.
No need to worry. We understand that many of our gifts are sent directly to the recipient, so no need to fret. We never include any pricing details in our packages. All invoices and receipts are emailed directly to the email address used to place the order.
Can I add Gift Wrap or a message to my order?
If you would like gift wrapping & message included with your order you will need to email us promptly after making your purchase. The gifts are wrapped in luxurious kraft paper and accented ribbon.
If you don’t receive an email within 30 mins of your purchase, we will send out your order without gift wrapping or message. Kindly email us the message (up to 250 characters), and we'll add it to a simple white gift card included with your gift.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
While we don't offer a pick-up service, we've got you covered with speedy dispatch. All orders placed before 1pm are shipped out on the same day.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will be delivered promptly as all items are in stock in our Manukau warehouse and ready for immediate dispatch. Our delivery target for purchases made before 1pm weekdays is 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday). Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday
Rural deliveries will take longer in some areas. Transit times do not include Public Holidays.
I've placed my order, but I haven't received an order confirmation email yet.
Sometimes there's a slight delay, though they usually come through right away. First, check your junk/spam folder (and your Promotions tab if you're a Gmail user), as they might've landed there.
If you still can't find it, drop us a line at info@wishbox.co.nz and we'll happily send it your way again.
Can I pay via Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer is an option available. When placing your order, simply select Internet Banking/Bank Transfer as your preferred payment method. After confirming your order, you'll receive an order confirmation via email, which will include our bank details (you can also find them below).
To ensure smooth processing, please include your order number in the reference field when making the payment. Your order number will be automatically emailed to you once the order is placed.
