FAQs
Q. Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
A. Yes, we have a showroom in Wellington. It is located at Unit 4, 18 Northpoint Street, Plimmerton, Porirua 5026. Our showroom hours are Monday to Friday between 9:00-4:00pm.
Q. Do you have a showroom in Auckland?
A. No, unfortunately we only have a showroom in Wellington. If you want any additional details about any of our products feel free to email or phone us. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
Q. Can I collect my order?
A. Yes, by choosing to collect you can save the delivery fee. Our showroom is open for collections Monday to Friday between 9:30-4:00pm.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. The delivery fee is listed on each item. The delivery fee depends on the type of product you are purchasing (in particular, the size and weight of an item). If you are purchasing multiple items you will just pay one delivery fee per address.

Q. Do you ship to rural addresses?
A. Yes, we charge the same shipping fee for rural and urban addresses.
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags?
A. No, for security reasons we only ship to a physical residential or business addresses.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.
Q. Does someone need to be home to accept my delivery?
A. Our carrier requires a signature as proof of receipt, however if you know you are not going to be home you can grant us authority to leave the items without a signature. Write in the comments section where you would like your items left.
Q. Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
A. Currently we do not, but please do email us with any queries at sales@zuca.co.nz
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Most orders placed before 11am will be processed and dispatched that day. Orders placed after 11am, on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched the following business day. Once orders are dispatched they take 1-3 days to reach main centres, and 2-4 days to reach everywhere else in the country. But this can sometimes vary due to factors outside Zuca’s control.
Q. Do your products come with a warranty?
A. Yes, all new products come with a one year manufacturers warranty.
