Can you source OEM parts?
Yes. We can source brand-new OEM parts where available.
OEM availability depends on the manufacturer, model and part.
Contact us with the motorcycle details and the part number if you have it.
Do you ship outside Auckland?
Yes. We ship throughout New Zealand, subject to the available freight options for the particular item.
Large or heavy parts may require specialised freight.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability depends on the product and destination.
If you're outside New Zealand and want to purchase something from Motor Morgue, contact us before ordering and we'll see what shipping options are available.
Any international duties, taxes, customs charges or import requirements may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process orders promptly, but dispatch times can vary depending on the product, order volume, payment confirmation and shipping requirements.
If you need an item urgently, contact us before ordering.
Where is my order?
If your order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, check the tracking information first.
If the tracking has not updated for an extended period or there appears to be a delivery problem, contact us with your order number.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my parcel. What should I do?
First, check around the property and with other people at the delivery address.
If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us and we'll help investigate the delivery with the courier.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible.
Take clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label and damaged item.
Do not dispose of the packaging until the matter has been investigated, as the courier may require it.
Can I pick up my order?
Pickup availability depends on the particular item and current Motor Morgue operations.
If you would prefer to collect an item from Auckland rather than have it shipped, contact us before ordering to confirm whether pickup is available.
