Can I return something if I ordered the wrong part?
Contact us as soon as possible.

If the item has not been installed, modified or damaged, we can assess whether a return can be accepted.

Compatibility should always be confirmed before purchasing where there is uncertainty.

Can I return a part after I've installed it?
Contact us before attempting to return it.

Installed or modified parts may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return, and installation can make it more difficult to determine whether an issue existed before installation.

What happens if you sent me the wrong part?
Contact us immediately.

We'll investigate the order and, where we've made an error, work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

What happens if the part is faulty?
Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem.

Photos, videos or information about testing and installation may help us assess the issue.

We'll investigate and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer law.

How will I receive my refund?
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed back through the original payment method where practical.

Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate the cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the matter may instead need to be handled as a return.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately.

If the order hasn't been dispatched, we may be able to update the address.

If it has already been collected by the courier, additional charges or limitations may apply.

Do you offer warranties on used parts?
Warranty coverage varies depending on the item and circumstances.

Any specific warranty information provided in an individual product listing will apply to that product.

Your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law are not affected.

Can I install a part myself?
That depends on the part and your experience.

Some components are relatively straightforward, while others involve safety-critical mechanical, electrical or structural systems.

If you're unsure, we recommend having the part inspected or installed by a suitably qualified motorcycle mechanic.

Are motorcycle parts sold as shown in the photos?
Product photographs are intended to show the actual part wherever possible, particularly for used components.

However, photographs may not show every minor mark or imperfection.

If you need clarification about a particular part, contact us before purchasing.

Why does a used part have scratches or marks?
Used parts have previously been fitted to a motorcycle and may naturally show signs of use.

Minor scratches, marks, fading, surface corrosion and other cosmetic wear can occur.

Significant defects that we're aware of should be reflected in the listing description or photographs.

Do you have parts that aren't listed on the website?

Possibly.

Our inventory changes frequently and not every part is necessarily listed immediately.

If you're looking for something specific, contact us.

Can I contact Motor Morgue before ordering?
Yes — and we encourage you to do so if you're unsure about compatibility, condition, shipping or anything else relating to a purchase.

It's much easier to resolve compatibility questions before a part is purchased and installed.
