What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and support—there’s no contact number provided for New Zealand customers, making it impossible to resolve issues promptly. |

Tbh there has been some driving rain getting in at the front, but we have all our grear inside in waterproof bags otherwise things would get quite damp because we're open Rd driving in bad weather. But overall the quality is great so far. Hope they last :-) |

Thank you for the review and feedback on our "Dispatches in 2-3 business days" we do understand where the misunderstanding came from, as unfortunately dispatch does refer to the item leaving our warehouse, with transit times being noted between 5-14 business days for NZ.

| | We did what the guide has said, first hose down leaking though bottom. did again still leaking. did again and wow leaking. wouldn't recommend to anyone wast of money, not worth sending back as it's a cost to us. not worth it to lose more money. Don't recommend to anyone. |
