| | The listing was significantly misleading. The seller advertised the item on both the TradeMe platform and their own auction website. Upon the item's sale on their external website, the seller failed to remove the active TradeMe auction, allowing it to continue operating. When I won the auction and paid using Ping they refunded the money with no explanation within a few hours, however I did not get a response for a day as to what had occurred. |

| | participated in an auction at Cash Converters Palmerston North yesterday and won a phone for just $2. However, when I went to pick it up today, the staff informed me that the phone had been sold in-store on the 26th, even though I had just won it in the auction. The phone was still on display, and the staff’s response was quite rude.
If the phone had already been sold, it should have been removed from the auction site. This was a very disappointing experience. |

| | extremely disappointed with what I received. the only photo of the listing was blurry and so the switch lite I received was in poor condition while the listing stated "good": scratches everywhere (including a deep one on the screen) and a very damaged R button (none of this mentioned in the description). moreover, it was incredibly dirty - I opened the SD card slot and dirt fell out of it! disgusting. it took me a good hour to clean it! |
