It was not stated that this product is shipped directly from China with significant delays. Communication is lacking to say the least and if the product was to be defective, not as advertised, or wanting a warranty claim, good luck! |

| | This seller is deliberately and falsely implying they carry stock in Auckland. They lied saying it had missed the courier as proven by the airwaybill detail. Cost me 10 times the product cost in losses . They then black listed me for raising it as an issue! The product was good but the seller is not honest. |
