Communication was finally met after putting forward a dispute with Trademe after 2 weeks, which shouldn't have to be the case especially with Orders costing $799.00 (Their Ping pay doesn't work, very suspicious).
Seems that this seller is careless and is bearing no responsibility on this and many matters beforehand.
Very suspicious scammer behaviour, reconsider trading with this seller. |

This is incredibly disappointing, especially as my son had been saving up for this item for quite some time. I had hoped this could be resolved directly, but after repeated attempts to contact the seller with continual promises but no positive resolution, I’ve had no choice but to escalate it. |
