They first said they didn’t have the Xbox and would take longer to arrive after being mucked around for two weeks they finally gave me a tracking number after a week I talked to Nz post as it hadn’t changed turns out they gave it a tracking number but did not give Nz post the parcel wouldn’t trust them at all |

We’re genuinely sorry for this hiccup. New and theirs an issue?? I also said if I don't have my xbox by Friday that I will get trademe involved. Not happy with their service, Packaging was very unprofessional. Packaging was very unprofessional. But thank you for giving my xbox to me finally. |

But I didn't purchase email service I got product hence the red unhappy as product came with missing cables and a faulty controller up button not work had to take my ps3 power cord to use it and my hdmi as there's never arrived they had a good excuse for the delay and muck around so I was happy to remove bad feedback but they did also promise refund of $75.00 never happened weeks gone by now I ended up buying another controller and gave faulty one to someone to fix. |

Maybe this was in the small print - it's not a game changer but...caveat emptor if you're in a hurry - haven't picked it up yet but now thinking about an "by appointment only" brings about a whole new level of organisation - this ought to be highlighted a little more for ease of transaction. |

Just to find out could not use item as they did not send all the pieces they advertised with the item. Guttered. And believe it or not still not used yet hope it works. They still not sent me the parts that they did not pack now 20th still waiting if you need an item for a birthday any time within two weeks you better shop elsewhere |
