| | item wasn't on stock, told after I paid, then they wanted me to drive to another place with the owner to collect and the drop him back to sites yard. Owner seemed to think it wasn't a big deal ! Got my money back then left. Waste of time . Not impressed and wouldn't recommend to anyone |

| | While the item was unavailable from the yard, it was accessible from the storage unit 3 minutes from the yard. The store manager tried to help pick up the material from the storage unit, but the customer declined and wished to refund the purchase order. While this caused understandable frustration, it was able to be quickly amended if the customer was less impatient/ disrespectful. Saturdays are a busy time for the store, but a plan was attempted to accommodate this customer. |
