Simply the worst experience ever with an online store. No communication with product updates as to delivery- nothing in 3 weeks - 2 Replies to my many emails were that you were sorry for the delay and that you have reached out to your warehouse and logistics team- well your warehouse and logistics team are not doing their job as I’m STILL WAITING. I have had no choice but to lodge a dispute resolution with Trade Me. Something I don’t take lightly. I’d like this resolved immediately

Really disappointment to be honest. I do purchases online and vendor is always sending updates when they delivery anything. These guys did not do it. They said that "it got lost" and they do not have it on stock (BUT IT IS CONTINUE BEING LISTED!!!). I appreciate TRADEME asking for the feedback so I did realize about the missing. In the end of the day as I sent the dispute they decided to reply and said refund will be coming in 10 days + the other 15 days.. this is weird. bad seller.
