| | Pleased with customer service . Only thing I found is that when you’re trying to push them around for the first time from the seat it isn’t very supportive . I know that’s not what it’s supposed to be for but he wasn’t to sure on how to pedal it so I pushed him from behind and the seat was not strong enough . Other than that I’m sure once he gets the knack of it he’ll be fine ?? |

| | It is very waterproof which is great but is not really designed well. We had to cut 2 of the straps off as one of the buckles broke on one and so its mate became redundant. The straps are all over the place and not really suitable. We specifically asked would it be ok on an electric bike rack. While it does fit it we have to very careful when raising the bike rack so as not to tear the cover. I called the distributor and they said put it on however you want.Hmm. Not helpful |
