Communication was bad - I had to ask for freight and delivery details several times before getting confirmation that the package had been shipped.
On a positive note - the item was as described.

Has been well over 30 days since I ordered, zero communication to my emails, just one generic email at the start to say my order was being processed and nothing since . they have happily taken my money and not sent the product. Don’t know how Trade Me is allowing them to keep trading. It says they have a guarantee if product isn’t received in 30 days You get a refund but how can you get a refund when they don’t even reply to you? Not Impressed! |
