Appalling and confusing treatment from trademe with confusing messages, and no way to contact them except through the long winded website form.

| | Well.... I did eventually received what I bought. Despite what this company will most likely in a reply to this, they make it appear they are based in NZ (they say they have an office in Auckland), but the products are coming from Aussie. Their communication is poor and they gave me incorrect information twice, I was starting to wonder if they were legitimate. I am unsure if I will purchase from them again. Maybe now I know the situation and process it will be better next time. |
