| | Great to deal with but the courier company they chose was terrible, they gave the worst service I have had from a courier company! on the other hand I am thrilled at about the fact that the phone came in a box with a charger and cable! I would highly recommend this trader but would ask them to choose Australia Post EMS next time as you get would be better than DHL!! |

| | The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 `excellent refurbished' phone I bought had a badly faulty on startup. Although the "30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" isn't really that, the return and refund procedure was as good as could be considering that Green Gadgets is based in Australia, not Auckland as per their TM ad. Overall then my experience was unsatisfactory due to the lack of quality control and so I wont be buying from Green Gadgets again. |

Also a e mail was sent saying we need to book a courier which was incorrect as we had payed for shipping already. They did respond to a email regarding tracking details. Tracking details weren't supplied thru the TM app. Eventually found them via desktop wepage.
Product arrived late according to green gadgets it was 2-4 days. more like double that time frame. |
