| | Pool table arrived with damage. It does not arrive assembled. It is a flat pack with assembly required. Made of a very thin single ply that was broken when box was opened. Also part of thin metal was broken. Trader refuses to make good. Asked for repair refund or replace which is refused. Trader claims wont help because we shared pictures with carrier company who say was broken before shipping from Christchurch. Buyer beware with this trader. If things go wrong they wont stand up. |

| | This was sent with full insurance, WE sent the Carrier photos the claim was accepted, the Carrier tried to arrange collection but the customer refused to allow collection advising the Carrier it was not damaged in transit - even though it was and the Carrier had accepted the Claim from the photos we provided, unfortunately by refusing the Claim In place we cannot progress any further - why on earth would you refuse the accepted in place insurance cover is beyond us. |

| | My son is used to sleeping on a queen bed, but said he loves the comfort of the king single bed we bought. Even though they were busy, the company delivered on the chosen day. A minor issue was the bed legs were hard to put on with the Phillips screwdriver. Overall very good trade. |
