| | I ordered this on the 12th June and used Buy Now. It is now the 27th June. The parcel is logged as delayed and has been for 4 days. The seller has an obligation to refund me or replace it. They can claim on insurance and be paid back. I have since used Buy Now again to buy it. Please use NZ Post as they are the best couriers. You have received a negative feedback because I have had no response, no emails or no solutions from you. |

It does not take 6 plus weeks for a product to get from Australia to New Zealand .

I have often brought furniture where the screw marks don't line up etc... but this set was absolutely perfect. The inside space of the drawers is small, but spot on for bedside usage. I was then advised the wallpaper was out of stock with their supplier and offered an alternative which I declined and got a full refund. But afterwards found the same wallpaper was listed again. Confusing and disappointing and a bit scammy. |
