| | The item was advertised as arriving in a few days, however after nothing arrived and no emails from the seller I sent two emails that were not replied to. I placed a complaint with TM but there was no response either. After 4 weeks I called the seller/store by phone and to be fair they followed up quickly and let me know that the item was not in stock at the time. I finally received it after 5 weeks. As an online store they need to communicate better and not advertise stock that is not stock |
