| | Unfortunately the item was out of stock so there was going to be a short delay of a few days coming from another supplier (customer was made aware), customer wasn't prepared to wait so was offered a refund, not sure why he suggests he wasn't offered one. We do apologize for the item being delayed however calling and being aggressive to our staff is un-called for. |

I wasted a precious hour on a very busy day. It's a shame because the shop is very cool. But please, update the wording on your ads. |
