| | My worst trade ever as a buyer. Purchased ink cartridge supposedly in stock in NZ only to be told two days later that it was out of stock and to wait 6 days for delivery from overseas. Waited for 7 days and then emailed twice only to be ignored. Fortunately Trademe refunded my Ping payment. My advice don't deal with them. |

I found the phone number and tracked down a helpful lady who found the order. Turns out they did not have the stuff in stock and are still awaiting a shipment. Nearly 2 weeks now. I am going with neutral as the lady on the phone was nice and helpful. I hope we receive the pens soon. |
