UPDATE: I received a refund?? Sadly I really like the cabinet. I would still buy it if delivery could be guaranteed. Took too long from order date & tracking was impossible with no updates for weeks. I have had responses from my followup emails but they appear to be computer generated with the same excuse that their "logistics partner" in Sydney has technical issues. It felt like I was being scammed. The seller needs to do better around communication. 

It has been three weeks and no eta communication- I emailed at the beginning of the week and no response.

Absolutely disgusting service- our solar panel never arrived after multiple promises via email - delay after delay after excuse after excuse! Then… promised to refund our money in 2-4 days… 2 weeks later NOTHING!! And still waiting for my money back!!! Do not trade with this person.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!Do not buy the “pet sofa” - it has a photo of a Large dog on it, sitting comfortably, however, once it arrives it is only suitable for a small cat. Completely unusable, not to mention the port communication and also after reading other feedback got the same automatic “there has been an issued with your order” which was clearly a distraction method that the delivery takes over a month, and the tracking doesn’t work. $200 out of pocket for a product I can’t Use ??

let's be honest here,I should have read other feedback before placing and orders as it would have saved alot of hassle. Tracking details and information doesn't exist and never gets updated. No email or communication around any tracking updates and still never received after a month of waiting. I did get a refund after all that though but didn't appreciate all the hassle chasing things up. it shouldn't be this hard

I give up. Numerous emails, numerous generated responses and still no product. Now sitting in Melbourne for the last week after asking when this was going to be shipped. Product hasn't moved an inch. I have since bought a new one from another company and it arrived within three days of order. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company and I wish I had done my research a lot more. Very disappointed and now out of pocket. I will try and see if I can get my money back, otherwise, enjoy my $75!!

Have heard there is a delay 

Suggest u pay with ping and lodge complaint within 30days of purchase otherwise you'll be out of luck, like others got generated 'item was damaged and needed re shipping' I'm certain this is just a delaying tactic to get you past the 30days of no refunds. Shipping company not real will sit still for weeks hoping you won't file a dispute till it's to late. Always pay with ping it's the only way to get refunds now iv heard! Awaiting to hear from trademe will update with outcome

The company have maintained contact with me which I have appreciated. I still don’t have the product and have suggested they consider who they use to ship there products. The first time sent the goods were damaged by shippers. Company replaced ?? and resent and still nothing has been delivered. I am not blaming the company but their shippers leave a lot to be desired. I will update when received. I do not want to be unfair to the company. 

Still not received , tired of waiting , will cancel and request money refunded, keep saying still in Sydney . Need for husbands memorial will get one in nz .

Really happy with the product. It took 6 weeks to receive my item but it clearly stated in the description of my item that there would be 4-6 week delivery time frame. So no complaints from me. Thanks 

un able to place any feed back on product as it has not been received as yet, the supplier has been average in communication, will place further feedback when item i purchased had been delivered., 

I am still waiting, it's been over a month and they only placed it to be shipped almost a month AFTER I made the purchase :(. I was willing to accept it may take up to a month to arrive but not for them to take almost a month to actually PLACE THE SHIPPING ORDER...as far as I can tell it's still in Australia. I emailed the company to ask where it was and have not had any reply other than a auto generated shipping notice. Not happy. Still waiting for item and actual communication from them 

I do not believe this seller ever intended to complete the sale. I have since received a full refund. For anyone considering purchasing: Trade Me’s dispute process has a 4-week timeframe. The seller appeared to deliberately delay dispatch for that same period, which prevents you from initiating a refund request within the system. Please be cautious. 

Sorry, but this is going to be a very negative feedback. I am in the same boat as the other people on here who still havent received their goods and yet keep trying to contact Paradise Lifestyle. They keep saying your order is being shipped and yet I still have not received it, nor am I able to track it. My order seems constantly on its way and doesnt arrive. This is NOT the way to do business Paradise Lifestyle!

it's been 5 days I've asked about my tracking number which says will be delivered to me within 2 days and all I get is a computer-wise miss respect saying no looking to it what I waste of time company this is can't even have to consideration to get back to you and let you know what's happening do not recommend this company 

This is a terrible company to deal with. The product has not shown up. It is now been six weeks and at my last communication with them they told me the product still hasn’t left Australia. I’ve been in the Transport industry for years and I believe that they are stock piling orders to fill containers before shipping hence the reason they tell you it’s going to take four weeks for it to arrive. They come up with multiple excuses and their communication is appalling 

have had no replies to emails. has been 4weeks awaiting delivery. not happy..

Unfortunately, the vanity has arrived with a broken mirror. This has happened in transit, and you can see from the vein crack. Please send a full refund, a full replacement or a replacement mirror ASAP.

Service extremely poor - 2they took 2 weeks just to pick and pack the 2 items in my order. When contacted they obviously had a standard line for anyone querying an order delivery time it took far to long for my product to arrive. Products are good but service lets them down - will not use them again and do NOT recommend them. Placed orders with other suppliers at the same time and they were delivered within a couple of days.
