| | Edited as full refund given. Advertised as 2-3 weeks plus MPI time, but got to week 7 with no delivery. Could be more upfront with delivery timeframes and didn't dispatch for 1.5 wks. Put me off several times when I tried to get a refund, keep waiting, backlog etc. However, responsive to email and did provide partial compensation refund before becoming an unreasonable trade having paid for the goods, with non-delivery & time spent chasing up. But refund they did, so a mixed experience overall. |
